Sis Doris Jean Streeter, known as "Dot" peacefully made her transition on November 12, 2016. She was born on Oct 23, 1945 to Eddie & Ruth (Pickett) Streeter in Niagara Falls, NY.

Doris "Dot" was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. She was retired from Olin Chemicals Co in 2008 after 34yrs. During the past several years she enjoyed being a caregiver to several senior citizens. In her leisure time she loved shopping, working in her yard especially gardening. Doris "Dot" loved collecting black art, antiques, wind chimes and variety of things. She was a God fearing woman that would tell you like it is rather you liked it or not. She was known as a strong, tough, realist woman. She was a mother figure and auntie to many. She loved her children and supported them to the best of her ability. Doris "Dot" loved to watch the Christian TV and faithfully supported various charities. She was a loyal member of Bethlehem Revival Temple. ¬Doris "Dot" accepted Christ as her Lord and savior.

Doris "Dot" is survived by six children Gwendolyn (Travis) Walker, Benny Streeter, Parish Streeter, Felicia (Darryl) Stallings, Philippe Streeter and Doris Green, sixteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three godchildren, seven siblings Gloria (Willie) Dykes, Eddie Streeter Jr. Donald Streeter, Ruth Streeter, Rita Streeter, Priscilla (Jesse) Richardson, and Charles Streeter, aunts Freddie Mae Bones, Gwen (Lawrence) Turner, Ida Pickett, and an uncle Dennis Wilson, a special companion her dog Poochie a close cousin Katherine "Kitty" Carter and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Doris was predeceased by both her parents Eddie & Ruth Streeter and her eldest son Kevin A. Streeter.

Visitation will be on Friday from 6 – 9 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY and on Saturday, November 19th from 12 noon – 1 p.m. at the New Jerusalem Revival Center, 2723 20th Street, Niagara Falls, NY followed by a home going service at 1 p.m. Interment in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston, NY, followed by a repass at Packard Court Community Center 4200 Pine Ave. Niagara Falls, NY
