Eileen Harvey, 83 years young, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2025. Born in Depew, NY, she was the only daughter of eight children to William and Ida (Aldrich) Cardinal and the devoted wife of the late Donald Harvey, with whom she shared 59 years of marriage.

Eileen and Don made their home in Niagara Falls, where they raised their family and built a life filled with love and adventure. A woman with a vibrant personality and an unmistakable zest for life, Eileen embraced every moment with enthusiasm. She was a proud longtime member of the American Legion Post 1142 and the Buff Social Club, where she formed many cherished friendships.

Together, Eileen and Don traveled the country on their motorcycle, proudly visiting all 50 states. After many years in Niagara Falls, the couple moved to Florida, continuing their travels and enjoying the sunshine before Don's passing. Eileen later returned to Niagara Falls, where she continued her adventures alongside her daughter, Lori. She was also an avid Buffalo Bills fan. In addition, she loved to play euchre and other card games with her family. She also enjoyed sewing, crocheting and doing puzzles.

To all who knew her, she was Gram, Grammy, or Mom. She was a great source of comfort, joy, and love. Her warmth, humor, and boundless energy touched countless lives, and her legacy will live on in the stories, memories, and hearts of those she leaves behind. In Eileen's words, "Just one more!"

Eileen is survived by her children, Jeff (Melissa) Harvey, Rick Harvey, Cindy (fiancé Todd) Pietricone, Todd Harvey and Lori Harvey, Ret. U.S. Navy; her grandchildren, Joey (Brandy), Crystal (Jay), Holly (Ricky), Kelly (Ryan), Zachary, Thomas, Trevor, Aaron (Angie), Hannah (Brent), Haley (Mitch), Brian, Fred and was sadly predeceased by one beloved grandson, Eric. She was known as GiGi to her loving great-grandchildren, Richard (Janelle), Alyssa, Amber (Amber2), Wayne, Joseph, Dominic, Christopher, Abigal, Jason, Gabby, Reagon, Rowen and Brooks.
