Elizabeth A. Miller, 79 of Lockport, NY, passed away on Saturday August 14, 2010 in Odd Fellow & Rebekah Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lockport, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Anna Suchocki.

Elizabeth was a lifelong resident of the Niagara Falls area and attended local schools. On December 31, 1948, she married Ernest N. Miller in Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller predeceased her in 1995. She worked as an elevator operator in the United Office Building in Niagara Falls and later as a clerk for Zuccari Brothers Dairy in Bergholz, NY.

Elizabeth enjoyed camping with her family and traveling, especially to Walt Disney World and Las Vegas. She also took great pleasure in watching John Wayne movies and crocheting.

Mrs. Miller is survived by her children, Susan (Alexander) Scrivani of Ransomville, NY, David (Janice) Miller of Lewiston, NY, Richard Miller of Niagara Falls, NY, John Miller of Lewiston, NY, Robert Miller, Timothy Miller, William (Kathy) Miller all of Niagara Falls, NY and Laurie John of Youngstown, NY, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by one sister Mary Lou Ventry.

Visitation will be held on Thursday August 19th from 9-11 a.m. at M.J. COLUCCI AND SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL 2730 MILITARY ROAD NIAGARA FALLS, NY where services will follow at 11:00 a.m.. Private interment will be held in Riverdale Cemetery Lewiston, NY. If desired, memorial offerings may be made to Odd Fellow & Rebekah Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 104 Old Niagara Road Lockport, NY 14094.
