Emma L. Rosso, 95, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2022 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late James and Beatrice (Kurtz) Norton.

Emma was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. On October 20, 1956, she married Felix C. 'Frenchy' Rosso. Mr. Rosso predeceased her in 1981. Emma was employed at Jenss Bros. (office worker), Kellogg Chevrolet and at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center until her retirement in 1988. Emma loved to read, complete crossword puzzles, and also enjoyed watching hockey. She found great joy in spending time with her family, baking, getting sweet treats delivered to her by her granddaughters and doing arts and crafts with them. She will be remembered fondly for the way she decorated all her notes and cards with little stickers.

Emma is survived by her son, André (Cheryl) Rosso; her granddaughters, Stephanie, Brittany and Alyssa; her siblings, Adaline (late William) Busch of North Tonawanda, and Shirley (late William) Klahs of Lewiston, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her daughter Melinda (2013) and infant son Mathew, her brother James (Dolly) Norton of Maryland, brother and sister twins David and Diane (late Robert) Smith of California.
