Eva Rapisardi, 97, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away peacefully on Monday, March 18, 2024 at Niagara Hospice House. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Theresa (Donato) Tacconi; and the beloved wife of the late Santo 'Sam' Rapisardi.

Eva was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. For over 25 years she was employed by the Carborundum Company where she served as a Union Steward and was a board member for various committees. Eva also worked as a beautician at the former Elaines Salon in Lewiston for many years.

Eva was a longtime member of the ISDA Cataract Lodge #240 and the Cristoforo Columbo Society. She enjoyed to read, knit, bake and complete crossword puzzles. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with her family.

Eva is survived by her children, David (Susan) Ferenc, Lisa Ferenc, Gary (Carol Schroeder) Ferenc and Theresa (William) Brown; her step-children, John Rapisardi, Tom Rapisardi and Mary Lynn (John D'Avolio) Rapisardi; her grandchildren, Shawn Best, Carolyn (Anthony) Martone, Philip Valore, David Ferenc, Andrew Brown; step-grandchildren, Melissa, Mary and Harley Rapisardi; her sister, Irene (late William) Conti; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four siblings, Yolanda (late John) Merino, Joseph Tacconi, Moses (late Violet) Donato and Private First Class Chester Tacconi; and her step-son Mike Rapisardi.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 24 from 2 – 6 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin Monday at 9:15 AM, followed by Eva's Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph's Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial offerings may be made to Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph Church.
