Florence D. (Anderson) Brayley, 87, of Sanborn, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Born in Ohsweken, Ontario, Canada she was the daughter of the late Harrison and Daisy (Longboat) Anderson.

Florence attended school in Ohsweken, Ontario and on May 8, 1948 she married Benjamin E. Brayley in Niagara Falls, NY. Following her marriage she came to the Niagara Falls area where she lived until the present time. Mr. Brayley predeceased her on May 3, 1982. Florence was a longtime, devout member of the Tuscarora Baptist Church. In her leisure time she enjoyed putting puzzles together; but Florence's greatest pleasure was spending time with her family, especially during the holidays.

Florence is survived by twelve children Sharon Brayley, Benjamin H. (Kay) Brayley, Warren E. (Jenelle) Brayley, Barbara Brayley, Pearl (late Rocky) General, Eileen (Ken) Dougherty, Herbert Brayley, Bradley Brayley, Kevin Brayley, Stephen Brayley, Caryl McNaughton, Linda Brayley and was predeceased by one son Roger Brayley. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, her cousin Delma (Longboat) Williams and many nieces, nephews and other cousins. She was also predeceased by four grandchildren Nakia White, Gena Brayley, Colleen Moses and Warren Brayley, Jr., five sisters Violet (Doc) Porter, Ethel (Bill) Jacobs, Cora (Huron) Bastiste, Eleanor Anderson and Delma (Donald) Homer; and three brothers Lloyd Anderson, Leonard Anderson and Dalton Anderson.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 5 – 8 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY, concluding with a prayer service at 8:00 pm. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday, December 13th at 11 a.m. at Tuscarora Baptist Church, 2088 Mt. Hope Road, Sanborn, NY with Rev. Walter Printup and Rev.
