Francis 'Frank' Kulbago, 85, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away peacefully on September 17, 2024 at Niagara Hospice House. Born in Winburne, PA he was the son of the late Michael and Frances (Stack) Kulbago; and the beloved husband to Barbara (DeLoreto) Kulbago whom he married on September 21, 1991 at the former Winter Garden in Niagara Falls.

Francis moved to Niagara Falls with his family as a teenager and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1957 to 1960. Following his honorable discharge, Francis received his Bachelor's degree, as well as his Master's degree from Niagara University. For many years he taught in the Niagara Falls School District prior to his retirement.

Francis was an avid reader and enjoyed working outside, tending to his gardens and walking. He also loved golfing in his younger years. Most of all, Francis valued the time spent with his loving family who will miss him dearly.

In addition to his wife of 33 years, Mr. Kulbago is survived by two children, Michelle (Angelo) Penque, Mark (Michelle) Kulbago and was sadly predeceased by his son, Christopher Kulbago Sr., his step-daughter, Tina Joyce and his infant brother Michael Kulbago Jr. Francis is also survived by his grandson Christopher Kulbago Jr.; step grandchildren, Katlyn Mettler, Brittany Mettler, Mia Joyce and Sophia Joyce; his step great-grandchildren, Alivia, Layla, Cayden, Isaiah, and Amora; two brothers, Eugene (Patricia) Kulbago David Kulbago and one niece, Jessica (Michael) Onevelo.

The family wishes to thank the staff of the 5th floor at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital for the outpour of love, care and compassion given to Francis.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 20 from 4 – 6 PM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin at 6:00 PM, concluding with Military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice at niagarahospice.org/donate.
