Frank Bernhart, 80, husband of the late Louise (Hoffman) Bernhart, of Niagara Falls, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Elderwood of Wheatfield after a brief illness. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Frank and Matilda (Neukam) Bernhart.

Frank worked as an Electrical Inspector for Con Edison of New York City. Following his retirement he enjoyed traveling and the outdoors. He recently moved to Niagara Falls to live closer to his family. Frank also served in the United States Army until his Honorable discharge.

Frank is survived by his nephew, Michael (Melinda Scime) Lewis; great nieces, Megan Scime and Melaina Lewis. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by a sister, Eleanor G. (late William III) Lewis.
