Frank Dionne, III, of Grand Island, NY, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. Born in Frankfurt, Germany, he was the son of the late Frank and Francesca Dionne; beloved husband of the late Genevieve (Quinn) Dionne; and loving father of John Dionne, Kimberly Dubay, William Dionne and Christian Strand. Frank was employed as a chief operating officer for Northrup Grumman for many years until his retirement.
