Loving Brother and Uncle

Frank N. Muoio, 92, of Niagara Falls, NY died on Tuesday October 7, 2014 at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY he was one of thirteen children of the late Dominic and Angelina (Mancuso) Muoio.

Frank was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. During World War II he served in the U.S. Army from January 13, 1942 until his honorable discharge on November 25, 1945. He was a member of the Bricklayers Union of Niagara Falls and worked at various area construction sites. He was also a member of the Cristoforo Columbo Society in Niagara Falls. Among his favorite pastimes were bowling, card playing and the horse races. Frank looked forward to the annual Ashland Avenue reunion which he always attended.

Frank is survived by one brother Joseph (Patricia) Muoio of Grand Island, NY and was predeceased by three brothers Dominic (late Marie) Muoio, Nicholas (late Dorothy) Muoio, Anthony (late Nora) Muoio and eight sisters Christine (late Anthony) Elia, Isabel (late Sylvester) Scollin, Mary Junquera, Alvina (late Jack) Roberti, Frances (late Frank) Muoio, Rosemary (late Michael) Masco, Louise (late Reno) Galdini and Anna (late Michael "Mickey") Presutti. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, October 11th at 10:00 AM at Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Stewart Lindsay, O.S.F.S. officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Entombment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Mt.
