Frank Pugliese, 74, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Wednesday, December 14th, 2016 at his residence. Born and raised in Niagara Falls, he was the son of the late Carl and Bella O. (Lees) Pugliese. A committal prayer service will be held on Friday, February 24 ^th at 11:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Cemetery Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Duane Klizek officiating.
