Frank J. Stryker, 96, of Tonawanda, N.Y., passed away on November 6, 2017 peacefully at his home. Born September 28, 1921 in Tonawanda, NY he was the son of the late Joseph J. and Mary (Young) Stryker.

He is survived by his three step-children, Anita (Jerald) Mertsching of Vancouver, WA, Emil (Joanne) Sannicola of Wheatfield, NY, and Kim Stryker (Amy Gaw) of Chicago, IL. Frank also has two granddaughters, Cori (Andy) Sannicola of Tonawanda, NY, and Emily (Michael) Unverzagt of Vancouver, WA. He was married to Blanche Stryker who preceded him in death on April 19, 2014. Frank worked at American Airlines for over 30 years as an aircraft mechanic and was also a WWII veteran, serving with the "Lighter-than-Air" Naval Blimp station in Tillamook, WA.

There will be no prior visitation. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date to be announced. Interment will be held in Elm Lawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements by M.J.
