Geno Badolato, 69, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on June 29, 2018 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of Geno Badolato, Sr. and the late Carrie (Fiorella) Badolato. Son-in-law of the late John Gambino and Yolanda (DiRocco) Gambino.

Mr. Badolato attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School.  After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Marines, served in Vietnam, and was honorably discharged in 1970.  In 1985, he married the former Elizabeth Gambino in Niagara Falls, NY.  Geno was the former owner of Lizzie's Pizzeria in Lewiston, NY, and retired in 2016. Geno was an active member of the Marine Corps League.   He enjoyed watching all sports and was an avid runner.  But most of all, Geno will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and cherished grandfather.

In addition to his wife and father, Geno is survived by his son, Michael (Alexandrea) Badolato, his infant grandson, Angelo M. Badolato, his sister, Sharyn (Rocco) Pendola and his brother, Michael (Nancy) Badolato.  He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Pat (Terry) Gambino, as well as many nieces and nephews.
