Gerald J. 'Jerry' Umbriaco, 69 of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Saturday August 21, 2010 in DeGraff Memorial Hospital in North Tonawanda, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Ralph and Angela (Aiello) Umbriaco.

Jerry was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls and attended local schools. On June 24, 1967, he married Elizabeth 'Betty' (Zygmont) Umbriaco at St. Joseph's Church in Niagara Falls.
For over thirty years, Jerry worked as an estimator in the blacktop and paving industry. He was recently working for J&J Paving Company of Niagara Falls, NY. In his leisure time he enjoyed working on old clunker cars.

In addition to his wife of forty three years, Mr. Umbriaco is survived by three daughters, Michele (David Brant) Printup, Melanie Littere and Jacqueline Umbriaco all of Niagara Falls, NY, four grandchildren, Tiffany (Thomas Kennedy) Printup, Lauren Printup, Jacob Littere and Brennen Littere, three great-grandchildren, Tyler Kennedy, Trevor Kennedy and Aiden Printup, one brother Albert (Mariam) Umbriaco of California and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was also predeceased by two sisters, Catherine Saunderson and Rita (Richard of Lewiston, NY) Bilson.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI AND SON FUNERAL CHAPEL 468 19TH STREET NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will be held on Wednesday August 25th at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be held in St. Joseph's Cemetery Niagara Falls, NY.
