Geraldine Martelli, 82, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 4, 2024 at O.L.P Nursing Care Residence. Born in Scranton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Mary (Famularo) Cimino.

Geraldine moved to Niagara Falls with her family and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1960. On August 29, 1964, she married her beloved husband, Norman A. Martelli Sr. Norman predeceased her in 2022 after 58 loving years together.

Geraldine was employed at Neisner's for many years and later retired from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company as the Assistant Manager.

Geraldine was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time at the City Library. She loved playing Bingo, completing crossword puzzles and watching the cooking channel. Above all, Geraldine truly cherished her family, finding joy and fulfillment in every moment spent with them.

Geraldine is survived by her children, Norman A. Martelli II and Jenel A. Martelli; her sister Rose Mariani, as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by two sisters, Mary Ann Lynch and Carol Ferro.

Private funeral services with interment in the Western New York Veteran's Cemetery alongside her husband, will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial offerings may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, stjude.org or People Inc., people-inc.org.
