Gertrude A. Manarino, age 85, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Our Lady of Peace Health Care Facility, Lewiston, NY.  Born in Welland, Ontario, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Isabelle (Williams) Potter.

Gertrude came to Niagara Falls, NY as a child with her family and attended local schools.  Mrs. Manarino worked at DiCamillo's Bakery in Niagara Falls.  She enjoyed reading, crocheting and spending time with her family whom she loved dearly.

Gertrude was predeceased by her husband, John Manarino who passed away on May 7, 2003.  Mrs. Manarino is survived by her children, John Manarino, Chris (Sarah) Manarino and Sheri Manarino ; her brother, Lloyd (late Ann) Potter, 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her husband, Mrs. Manarino was also predeceased by her daughter, Joanna Gray and siblings, Larry (Janelle) Potter, Evelyn Hawkins and Dorothy (John) Rosino.

At the request of Mrs. Manarino there will be no prior visitation.  Private services will be held at the convenience of the family in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.  If desired memorials may be made to Our Lady of Peace Health Care Facility, 5285 Lewiston Road, Lewiston, NY, 14092.
