Gina M. (Favata) Hendrix of the Town of Niagara went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 11, 2016, surrounded by her loving husband and family. Gina was born October 11, 1955 in Niagara Falls, the daughter of Eleanor (Gasbarre) Favata and Salvatore Favata and was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School.

She was employed by Niagara Wheatfield School District until her retirement. She was a member of Greater Niagara Falls Church of God and enjoyed camping at their family's home in the Finger Lakes, and spending time with her family.

Gina was the beloved wife of Red Hendrix whom she married on October 6, 1979. She is also survived by her children Lou, Bobbie Jo, Jennifer, Roxanne, Kathleen and Rebecca; her grandchildren Hunter, Taylor, Avery and Allison; a brother Tony (Kelly) Favata and sisters Debbie (Ray) (Favata) Limbert and Trish Hansen as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
