Ginevra 'Gina' Maselli, 89 of Niagara Falls, NY passed away at her home on Sunday September 6, 2015 surrounded by her loving family while under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born in Giuliano di Roma, Italy she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Maria Maselli.

In 1947, Ginevra married Natale Maselli in Italy, and together they immigrated to the United States in 1948. Mr. Maselli predeceased her on October 30, 1995. She was a member of the Cristoforo Colombo Society, as well as a volunteer at the John A. Duke Center and Heart and Soul Food Pantry all in Niagara Falls. She enjoyed cooking and gardening, but most of all spending time with her loving family.

Mrs. Maselli is survived by three children, Sandra (Robert) Monin, Louis (Patricia) Maselli and Donna (Martin) Guidotti, six grandchildren, Matthew (Joan) Monin, Christina (Robert) Brobak, Andrea (Daniel) Slattery, Nicholas (Katie) Maselli, Anna McGovern and Christopher McGovern, five great-grandchildren, two sisters in Italy, her sister-in-law and caregiver, Pina Maselli and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased a granddaughter Natale McGovern and two brothers in Italy.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 10th at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph Parish at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 27th Street and Independence Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Entombment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery Lewiston, NY.
