James Vincent 'Jimmy' Congi, 68, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on May 15, 2022 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son the late Louis A. and Leota M. (Conoway) Congi.

Jimmy attended local schools, graduating Trott Vocational High School in 1971. He was employed at James Maroon, Inc. during the 1970's and 1980's and later at the Seneca Niagara Casino both in Niagara Falls, NY in Heavy Maintenance.  After retirement Jimmy worked at various hotels in Niagara Falls, NY.  Jimmy was hardworking and carefree walking everywhere making friends along the way.

James is survived by his siblings, Carol (late Richard) Casale and Joseph (Susan) Congi; his nieces, Tina (Mark) Belter, Allison Congi and Joanna Congi, as well as several great nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 22 from 2 – 5 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304 where funeral services will be held at 5PM.  Private interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offering may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.  Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.
