Beloved Father, Grandfather, Son, Brother & Friend

James W. Hout, Jr., 54, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on February 9, 2021, at his residence. Born in Niagara Falls, he was the son of Rita (Pharis) Swope and the late James W. Hout, Sr.

James attended local schools and was self-employed as an HVAC Technician for many years. He was also a jack of all trades who was willing to give anyone assistance.

James was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, as well as camping. He also enjoyed watching sports and especially loved rooting for the Buffalo Bills and New York Yankees. Above all, James was a kind-hearted man that centered his life around his family and friends.

He will be deeply missed by his children, Korey Davis-Hout, Jacob (Lindsey) Davis-Hout; his cherished grandchildren, Jaxson, Korrisa, Korey James Jr., Jace, Azura, Kurera, Styles, Avery, Trequin, Joanee and Adyson; his loving siblings, Kimberly M. (Matt) Grace, Timothy E. (Helen) Hout, and Jennifer I. Hout; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
