James Edward Livingston, Jr., 27, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away unexpectedly on Friday October 19, 2012 at his residence. He was the son of James Livingston, Sr. of Grand Island, NY and Teresa (Moreland) Livingston of Niagara Falls, NY.

James was born in Santa Ana, California and moved to Niagara Falls, NY as a child with his family. He attended local schools in Niagara Falls. James enjoyed his current job as a collections agent at Jacob Sherkman & Associates in Amherst, NY. His greatest pleasure was spending time with his family and many friends.

In addition to his parents, James is survived by his sister Carolyn Livingston of Niagara Falls, NY; two nieces, Alyssa Klick and Leila Morejon both of Niagara Fall, NY; his maternal grandmother Kathleen Moreland of California, two aunts Patricia Ann (Ron) Ringwood and Melanie Rochelle (Bob) Magie both of California and his loving girlfriend Doreen Yates of Niagara Falls, NY. James was predeceased by his paternal grandparents John and Vernia Livingston Sr.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5-9 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Funeral services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family in La Mirada, CA.
