James 'Jim' P. Miller, 78, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on September 15, 2021 at his residence under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late James A. and Dorris E. (Weinheimer) Miller.

Jim was raised in Niagara Falls, graduating from Niagara Falls High School and later attending Niagara County Community College.  He served in the US Army Reserves from 1961 until his honorable discharge in 1968.  On March 30, 1985, he married Marcia (Zielinski) Miller.  Jim was employed as a Millwright at Carborundum.  He was a man's man - he loved building cars and going to car shows, and also enjoyed hunting.

In addition to his wife of 36 years, Jim is survived by his children, Jamie P. Miller, Robert 'Pnutt' Kimball, and Michael Miller; 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his daughters, Megan L. Miller and Monique Hopkins, as well by 1 grandchild.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 21 from 4 – 6 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304, where a closing prayer service will begin at 6 PM.  Flowers are graciously declined.  Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.
