Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather

James E. Schultz Sr., 60, of Niagara Falls, NY entered into eternal rest Thursday March 10, 2011 at N. F. Memorial Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of the late Frank and Elsie (Stewart) Schultz.

James was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. On October 22, 1970 he married his loving wife Beth A. (Martin) Schultz in Niagara Falls, NY. He was employed at Carbide Graphite, formerly known as Airco Speer, in Niagara Falls, NY and retired in 2003 after thirty six years of service. James enjoyed meeting his retired co-workers for breakfast. He also liked working around the house and on cars and enjoyed "tinkering" with electronics. But his greatest pleasure was spending time with his grandchildren. He was a devoted family man and will be sadly missed by his family.

In addition to his wife of forty years, James is survived by three children Dawn (Eric) Sacks, James E. (Christine Brosius) Schultz, Jr and Lisa Ryan all of Niagara Falls, NY; eight grandchildren Alyssa, Jordyn and Jaime Sacks; Allison, James E. III and Jenna Schultz; Emily Schultz and Megan Ryan; one brother William (late Maryjane) Schultz of Niagara Falls, NY and several nieces and nephews. He was also the beloved brother-in-law of Melody(late Dan)Carl of Niagara Falls, NY; Connie (Frank) Francioli of Wilson, NY; Arthur (Peigi) Martin of Niagara Falls, NY; Russel (Judy)Martin of Lockport, NY and the late Jane Karnatz.

Friends may call on Sunday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. at the M.J.COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will be held on Monday March 14th at 11 a.m. with Rev.
