Janet L. (Bielic) Butski, 66, of Ransomville, NY formerly of Niagara Falls, NY died on Wednesday May 23, 2012 at Eastern Niagara Hospital in Newfane, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Chester and Viola (Rajac) Bielic.

Janet attended local schools in Niagara Falls. She was employed by the city of Niagara Falls and worked at the Niagara Falls Police Department for several years. In her leisure time she enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

Janet is survived by three children James C. Siever, Sr., Randy Butski and Cynthia Butski, six grandchildren Jamie L. (fiancé Ivan Perez) Bullers, James C. Siever Jr., Christophr M. Siever, Tiffany Siever, Brandi Siever and Carmen Siever, three great grandchildren Dominick Siever, Julia Morales and James C. Siever and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one sister Judy Bielic and two brothers Stanley Dziedzic and Jerry Bielic.

Visitation will be on Sunday May 27th from 1 – 2 p.m. at the M.J.COLUCCI & SON FUNERAL CHAPEL 468 19th Street, Niagara Falls, NY where funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Stewart Lindsay, O.S.F.S. officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 101 John James Audubon Parkway, Amherst NY 14228.
