Janice C. Johnson, 71, of Albany, NY, and formerly of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021. Born in Tampa, FL, she was the daughter of the late Norman Williams and Susie Edith (Roberts) Johnson; and beloved wife of the late Clarence Wright.

Janice served in the United States Army until her honorable discharge. She was employed as a customer service representative at Verizon Wireless in Albany for many years until her retirement. She also served as the union official for several years. In her free time, she loved listening to old school music,  she enjoyed shopping, traveling and spending time with her family.

Janice is survived by her children, Marti (late Cedrick) Bryant,  Ronald Ward and Whitni (Maurice) Eatmon- Milton; many grandchildren and siblings, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 1 from 11 – 12 Noon at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will follow at 12 Noon.
