Jeffrey P. Licastro, Sr., 65, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on January 29, 2026 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, he was the son of the late Joseph A. and Barbara (Daniels) Licastro.

Jeff was employed as a driver with Coca-Cola in Tonawanda, NY, and later worked for the City of Niagara Falls Department of Public Works for five years. He enjoyed playing poker, was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, and cherished every moment spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Jeffrey P. Licastro, Jr., Tabatha L. Dillman, and Joseph E. (Yamaris Ellingwood-Licastro) Licastro; his grandchildren, Isabella, Justin, and Kenzie; his brothers, Anthony (Mary Beth) Licastro and Paul (Mollie) Licastro; as well as several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
