Jennie Romano, 92, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 13, 2020. Born in Avon, NY, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Lena (Civiletto) Bellina; and the beloved wife of Paul Romano, who she married on September 4, 1948 at St. Joseph's Church.

Jennie began working at Kimberly-Clark for many years prior to retiring from Nabisco Shredded Wheat Co. after 18 years of dedication. She enjoyed playing bingo, as well as playing cards and socializing with her friends. Above all, Jennie's life was centered around being a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her husband of 71 years, Jennie is survived by her son David (Rena) Romano and was predeceased by her cherished daughter, Carol Romano. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ryan, Jennifer, Liana and Paul; five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Thomas (late Mary) Bellina, Mary Bruno, Charles (late Margaret) Bellina, Samuel (late Barbara) Bellina, Joseph (late Lucy) Bellina and Nina (late Charles) Stahl.

Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery in Niagara Falls, NY, at a later date to be announced. Memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
