Jennifer 'Jen' L. Kubek, 48, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on June 8, 2025 at Buffalo General Hospital.  Born in Cheektowaga, NY, she was the daughter of Gregory Kubek and Barbara (Wilson) Wilkozs.

Jen attended Cleveland Hill High School and graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School.  She received her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Science and Humanities and Social Services from Niagara County Community College and earned her Masters of Science Degree from the University of Buffalo.  She worked at Judi's Lounge, Niagara Falls, Community Missions as a residential counselor, and was most recently employed as a Masters Certified Rehabilitation Counselor at Managed Care Network in Niagara Falls, NY.  Jen enjoyed live music, traveling, outside campfires and cooking.  She loved being with her family, as well as helping and giving to others.

As a final gift of kindness and selflessness, Jennifer graciously donated her organs to ConnectLife to help others in need.

In addition to her parents, Jennifer is survived by her husband, Gary G. Wallace, her children, Amare Wallace, Elijah Wallace, Osias Wallace and Apollo Wallace; siblings, Danny Wilkozs, and Anthony Bochicchio, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was predeceased by her brothers, Greg Kubek and Michael Bochicchio.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19 from 4 – 7 PM AT M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NY 14304 and Friday from 11 – 12 PM at Potter's House Christian Community Church, 723 7th Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14301 where funeral services will begin at 12 PM.  Interment in Oakwood Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.  Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.
