Joanie D'Grillo, 76, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2019 at Mercy Hospital at Buffalo, NY.  Born in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Mary (Comin) Alberton.

Joanie worked as a nanny most of her life. She had a passion for taking care of children. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, dancing with friends at Waterstreet, eating good food, socializing and shopping.

Joanie is survived by her children, Nicole Peres and Danielle Arbutina.
