Joanne T. Biggins, 67, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on March 29, 2014 at Mount St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Lucille (Schumbehl) Price.

Joanne attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1964. On September 4, 1994 she married William J. Biggins at the Falls Wedding Chapel in Niagara Falls. Joanne had an unending love for children and often became a caretaker for them in her home. She was also an avid QVC shopper and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Joanne is survived by her loving daughters, Tina Shammot, Justine Brierley and Lori Farallo all of Niagara Falls, NY; her step-children, William (April) Biggins and Debbie (Fred) Stempien both of Niagara Falls, NY; her loving grandchildren Nicholas Breed, Aaron Adamec, Christian Brierley, Jillian Brierley, Andrew Farallo, Liam Biggins and Aiden Biggins; her siblings, Shirleyann (late Neil) Jarvis, Elaine (Robert) Abersold, Geraldine (Edward) Daul and Agnes Sulkey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and her lifelong devoted friends, Phyllis LaClaire. and Sandy and Charlie Baker.  Joanne will be sadly missed by many.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 2 ^nd from 5 – 8 P.M. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 3 ^rd at 10:00 A.M. in Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph Parish at Mt. Carmel Church, 27 ^th Street and Independence Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Duane Klizek officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Entombment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
