Jose D. Arroyo, 90, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away October 26, 2018 at Our Lady of Peace Nursing Home, Lewiston, NY.  He was born in Anasco, Puerto Rico on December 20, 1927. In 1958, Jose married Maria "Connie" (Rodriguez) in Miami, Florida, she predeceased him in 2014. He was a former supervisor for Plastics manufacturer, Opti-Ray Inc., in Farmingdale, NY, retiring in 1993.

He is survived by two daughters, Irene (late Mark) Proctor, Nicky Arroyo (Thomas Bery), two sons, Spencer J. (Dora) Arroyo and Sandy D. Arroyo. Devoted grandfather of Leo Cortez, Melissa and Christopher Arroyo, Thomas and Deja Bery, Destiny Cortijo, and Yashua Bery. Great-grandfather of Aubrey and Amaya. There will be no prior visitation. Graveside services will take place in Queen of All Saints Cemetery, Central Islip, New York.
