Joseph Agnello, 62, of Wheatfield, NY, passed away on March 1, 2025, at his residence.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Joseph C. and Concetta (Schepisi) Agnello.

Joseph was a 1980 graduate of LaSalle Sr. High School.  On June 8, 1996, he married Melinda A. (Mudie) Agnello in Buffalo, NY.  Joseph was the owner and operator of JAGG Electrical and Control in Lancaster, NY from 2011 until his passing.

Joseph will be remembered most for his quirky sense of humor and positive outlook on life.  Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family, and was loved by all who knew him.  An avid car enthusiast, Joseph cherished his prized Corvette.  He also enjoyed following Buffalo Sabres Hockey.  A skilled bassist, Joseph was a former member of the bands Zebop and Paradox. He also enjoyed traveling and vacationing, especially to the Finger Lakes, with his family.

In addition to his beloved wife of 28 years, Joseph is survived by his son, Thomas Agnello; his siblings, Charles J. (Wendy) Agnello and Maria (Anthony) Falbo; his mother-in-law, Lois (late Thomas) Mudie, his sisters-in law, Sue (Bill) Baron and Karen (Joe) Slike, and brother-in-law, David (Erin) Mudie; his aunt, Jean (late Patrick) Conte, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He will be missed by his loving little buddy, Calvin.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8 from 10 – 11 AM at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, 6630 Luther Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14304, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM.  Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Bergholtz Volunteer Fire Company, 2470 Niagara Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.  Arrangements by M.J.
