Joseph P. Donato, 22, of Lewiston NY, died on Saturday November 28, 2009. Born in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of Rickie and Deborah (Peirce) Donato of Lewiston, NY.

Joseph attended local schools and enjoyed his current job at DeFlippo's Restaurant in Lockport, NY. In his leisure time he liked golfing and basketball, but his greatest pleasure was spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Joseph is survived by his three sisters, Annemarie General (Michael Harvey), Michelle Martinez both of Niagara Falls, NY and Vanessa Peirce of Las Vegas, NV; one niece Kayla McCarthy, two nephews Samuel Koch and Michael McCarthy, his grandparents Walter (Sharon) Peirce of Ohio, his aunts and uncle Donna Schug, Frank (Jane) Donato as well as several great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins. He was also predeceased by his grandparents Lucy (late Whitey) White, Francis A. 'Frank' (late Mary Lou) Donato and Lillian (Leo of Niagara Falls, NY) Manzell.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 2 – 8 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Thursday, December 3rd, at 10 a.m. at the Church on the Rock, 9610 Colvin Boulevard, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Joseph Denitto Officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
