Joseph A. Maddalena, 70, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on June 27, 2022 at Williamsville Suburban Nursing Home in Williamsville, NY.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Victor J. and Margaret G. (Faiola) Maddalena, Sr.

Joe was a graduate of Trott Vocational High School.  He loved collecting football and baseball cards, and watching football and baseball on television, and was an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers.  He also enjoyed coin collecting.  He was known by his friends as "The Mayor of Pine Avenue" where he could be often seen riding his bike.  He enjoyed spending time with his good friends at Mike's Marketside Café where he always enjoyed a good meal.  Above all, he cherished the time spent with his family.

Joseph is survived by his siblings, Leo Maddalena, Constance (late Dewey) Goetze, and Deborah Dennis, as well as by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He was predeceased by his brother, Victor Maddalena, Jr.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30 from 3 – 7 PM, at M.J.
