Joseph A. Hescox, 64, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Wednesday, June 5 ^th at the Erie County Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, he was the son of the late James and Delores (Caimano) Hescox.

Joe graduated from Niagara-Wheatfield High School and enlisted into the United States Marines in 1973. He served in the Vietnam War until his honorable discharge on January 7, 1977. Joe enjoyed the outdoors and especially enjoyed camping and hunting.

Mr. Hescox was the loving father of Joseph (Kristen) (late Amanda) Hescox, Shane Hescox, Brooke Reyes, and stepfather to the late Jason (Kelly) Francis; beloved brother of Clyde (Darla) Hescox, Dawn Sembert, Jerry (Lisa) Hescox, Jimmy Hescox (Toni), Pat (Elaine) Hescox, the late Robin Farnsworth and the late Teri Hescox; dear grandfather of numerous, as well as uncle to many nieces and nephews.
