Judith "Judy" L. DiVita, 63, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Samuel B. and Laura M. (Forcucci) DiVita.

Judy was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY. She attended local schools and graduated from the former LaSalle Senior High School in 1968.   She was employed at Opportunities Unlimited in the Town of Niagara for twenty seven years, as well as Wegmans in Niagara Falls where customers enjoyed seeing her daily. In her leisure time, Judy enjoyed traveling and she had a passion for animals. She also enjoyed collecting angel décor and breast cancer awareness memorabilia. Her warm and welcoming personality made everyone around her feel like they were part of her family. Judy's greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends.

Judy is survived by two children Jennifer Giorgianni of Niagara Falls, NY and Nick Giorgianni of Palm Springs, CA; two grandchildren Nico Giorgianni and Alexis Jaehn both of Niagara Falls, NY; two brothers Dr. Carl (Susan) DiVita of Chili, NY and Robert (Gail) DiVita of Chandler, AZ; her former husband Nicola Giorgianni and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be on Monday, March 24 ^th from 1 - 4 & 5 - 7:30 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY concluding with a funeral service at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. Duane Klizek officiating.
