June P. Spurback, 88, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on February 21, 2020 at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY.  Born in Madrid, NY, she was the daughter of George and Mary (Lennox) Dennis.

On May 27, 1947, June married Alfred O. Spurback in Ogdensburg, NY.  Mr. Spurback predeceased her on March 4, 2000.  June and Alfred came to Niagara Falls in 1958.  She was employed in Maintenance at the former John's Flaming Hearth in Niagara Falls for over 25 years.  June enjoyed cooking and baking, especially for others, and caring for those in need.  Most of all, June loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.  She will be remembered for her unselfish nature and kind heart, always putting others before herself.

June is survived by her children, Diane (late Calvin) Perrotti, Norman (Paula) (late Brenda) Spurback, Minnie (David) Williams, Roger (Becky) Spurback, Linda (Joseph) Amodeo, David (late Lindy) (late LuAnn) Spurback, Michael (Peggy) Spurback, Bertha (late Gale) Spurback, and Donna (Joe Gates) Spurback; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Shirley (Robert) Mehaffy, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Mary (late Stan) (Angel) Juhaz-Nievez, her granddaughter, Jessica Spurback, and her siblings, Verna Caster, Lottie 'Dot' (late George) Jackson, Carroll Dennis, George 'Eddie" (Peggy) Dennis, and Jerry (late Barbara) Dennis.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25, from 4 – 6:45 PM at M.J.
