Karen L. Birmingham, 61, of North Tonawanda, NY, passed away unexpectedly on August 14, 2024.  Born in Fredonia, NY, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Nancy (Towne) Tylock.

Karen graduated from High School in Fredonia.  On April 3, 1999, she married James M. Birmingham.  Karen was employed as a Buyer at Armstrong Fluid Technologies in North Tonawanda, NY for the past 15 years.  Extremely artistic, creative and skilled, she enjoyed crafting and making wreaths, and ran her own business, 'Kat Scratch Creations'.  Karen also loved to cook and bake.  She will be remembered most for her kind and happy demeanor, and for always finding the good in things.  Before all else, she was a loving wife and mother.

In addition to her husband of 25 years, Karen is survived by her daughter, Brenna N. Birmingham; her brother, Michael (Jennifer) Tylock; her mother-in-law, Paula Birmingham; her brother-in-law, Drew Birmingham (Renee Stack) as well as an aunt, several nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers and friends.  She was predeceased by her brother, Curtis Tylock.
