Kathleen "Violet" DeLoreto, 86, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at N.F. Memorial Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, Ontario, she was the loving daughter of the late Manus and Margaret O'Donnell.

Kathleen moved to Niagara Falls, NY with her family, where she attended local schools. On February 12 1949, she married her beloved husband, Daniel P. DeLoreto, Sr., at the former Sacred Heart Church. Mr. DeLoreto predeceased her on March 8, 2001. Kathleen was employed as a waitress at several area restaurants for many years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Kathleen is survived by five children, Daniel P. (Marsha) DeLoreto, Jr., Barbara (Frank) Kulbago, Thomas DeLoreto, Nina (late Lloyd) Wood, Annette (Patrick) O'Connell and was predeceased by two sons, Steven and Richard DeLoreto. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, as well as her sister Patricia (Ernest) Krell and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by four siblings Rosemary (late Eugene) McMahon, Tony O'Donnell, Pat O'Donnell and Manus "Sonny" O'Donnell.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 24 ^th from 4 – 8 P.M. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 :30 A.M. in St. Vincent De Paul Parish at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls. Entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
