Kathryn "Kathy" Fadel, 67, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on January 4, 2025. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the beloved daughter of the late Raymond "Moe" and Lillian (Abdallah) Fadel.

Kathy was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School and went on to obtain her Bachelor's degree from Empire State College. She was employed by the Niagara Falls Board of Education for many years before retiring in June of 2024.

Kathy was a devoted parishioner of St. George Orthodox Church, where she served as a trustee and was a member of the Antiochian Women. Her faith and dedication to her community were evident in all that she did.

In her free time, Kathy enjoyed shopping, walking, and riding her bike. She was also a social butterfly with a vibrant personality who loved spending time with her friends and family.

Kathy is the beloved cousin of Robert (Sherry) Mokhiber; godmother to Rob (Cristie) Mokhiber III and Laura (Joe) Moll; and the aunt of Raymond Fadel. She is also survived by many other cherished cousins, godchildren and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Norman Fadel and her nephew, James Fadel.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 7 from 3 – 8 PM at St. George's Orthodox Church, 1073 Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14305, where funeral services will begin on Wednesday, January 8 at 10:00 AM.
