Kathryn 'Kay' Levelle-Costello, 88, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on September 19, 2023 at her residence under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born in Scranton, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Magdelan) Caulson Sr.

Kay was graduate of Holy Rosary High School in Scranton, PA, and came to the Niagara Falls area in 1955, and later earned her Associate's Degree in Accounting from Lasalle Extension University.  She was employed for 30 years in the Accounting Department at Union Carbide in Niagara Falls, NY until her retirement.  On August 24, 1985, she married Charles J. Costello.  Mr. Costello predeceased her on September 10, 2017.  Kay was a longtime active member of Mount Carmel Church, and was also a member of the Red Hat Society.

Kay is survived by her brother, John 'Jack' (late Barbara) Caulson Jr., her step-children, Timothy Costello and Teresa Costello, and her nephew, Thomas J. Caulson.  In addition to her husband of 32 years, she was predeceased by her first husband, Edward Levelle Sr. and her children, Kathryn Ann Levelle and Edward M. Levelle Jr.

Visitation will be held on Thursday September 21 from 4 – 6 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304, where funeral services will begin on Friday at 9:15 AM followed by Kathryn's Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at Holy Family Parish at Mt. Carmel Church, 27th and Independence Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY.  Entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Mt.
