Kay E. Mirabella, 67, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on May 27, 2020 at her residence.  Born in Everett, WA, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Lola Florence (Williams) Mooney.

Kay attended college in Washington.  She worked as a paralegal in Juneau, AK before moving to Niagara Falls in 1996.  In October of 2001, she married John Rupert.  She was employed as an Educational Interpreter for the Deaf with BOCES in Amherst, NY.  She enjoyed singing and swimming.

In addition to her husband of 19 years, she is survived by her children, Anthony Mirabella, Jeremy Rupert, Jessica Rupert, Holly Rupert and Pamela Rupert; her grandchildren, Josiah Clark and Sadriah Sandberg, 5 siblings, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
