Kelly S. Laughlin, 59, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on May 29, 2026, at Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late William J. and the late Madelon (Lilly) Laughlin.

After graduating from LaSalle Senior High School, Kelly worked for various local restaurants in the Niagara Falls area for 30 years. She was a treasure to her family—admired for her quick wit, strong work ethic, and honesty. Kelly showed love and compassion to everyone in her life, but she was especially devoted to her children and grandson. Family was the center of her world. She worked tirelessly to keep family traditions alive and to give her children the best home life possible.

Kelly enjoyed vacationing in Florida, as well as shopping and gardening in her spare time.

She is survived by her children, Jamee Rinehart, Christina Zarrillo, Carly Zarrillo, and Thomas Zarrillo, Jr.; her grandson, Howard Welch; her siblings, John Laughlin, Kim Arnold, Karen (John) Abel, Kathleen Laughlin, and Kerri Laughlin; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
