Kevin J. Mooradian, 61 of Ransomville, NY, passed away on his favorite day of the year, opening day of deer season, at his hunting camp in Canisteo, NY surrounded by his family and friends on Saturday November 17, 2018.  Born May 28, 1957, in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of the late Edward J. and Cornelia 'Connie' A. (MacConnell) Mooradian.

Kevin attended local schools and graduated from Lewiston-Porter High School.  He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1976.   On May 7, 1983, he married Patricia A. (Laughlan) Mooradian in Niagara Falls, NY.   Kevin began his career working with his father in their family's rug and flooring business.  Most recently he was employed by Porter Drywall and Painting Inc.  Kevin was a passionate outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish and garden.  He was also an avid New York Yankee and Buffalo Bill fan, and in his younger years coached his sons in little league baseball.  Above all Kevin, cherished spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and contagious laugh. He always made anyone he encountered laugh and smile.

In addition to his beloved wife of 35 years, Kevin is survived by his children Kevin E. (Nicole Avellino) Mooradian, Sean (Danielle) Mooradian, Kelli (Ryan Myers) Mooradian and Laura Felton, five grandchildren, Sophia, Evie, Caitlin, Chloe and Caden, two sisters, Anne (Brian) Waykoff and Laura (Albert) Cintron as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was also predeceased by one brother Mark Mooradian.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 21 ^st from 1 – 6 P.M. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will immediately follow visitation hours at 6:00 P.M.
