Larry Felmet, 60, of the Town of Niagara, died on Wednesday March 21, 2012 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Amherst, NY. Born in Buffalo, NY he was the son of the late Frederick and Reta (Davey) Felmet.

Larry graduated from Sweethome High School in Amherst, NY and during the 1970's he served in the United States Army Reserves. On February 26, 1983 he married Elizabeth 'Liz' G. (Goetz) Felmet at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Tonawanda, NY and they moved to the Town of Niagara in 1984. Larry was employed as a CNC Machinist since the mid 1980's at Helmel Engineering in the Town of Niagara, NY.

In addition to his wife of twenty-nine years, Larry is survived by one brother James (Mickey) Felmet of Binghamton, NY; two nephews Aaron and Ryan Felmet; his mother-in-law Theresa Goetz and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be on Saturday March 24th from 3 – 7 p.m. at the M.J.COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will be held during visitation with Msgr.
