Lena (Multeri) DeMonico, 90, of Tonawanda, NY, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY died on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at Kenmore Mercy Hospital in Tonawanda, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Frank and Josephine (Palumbo) Multeri.

Lena attended local schools and was employed by Moore Business Forms in Niagara Falls as a clerical worker for twenty eight years. She had amazing culinary skills both in cooking and baking.

Lena was predeceased by her husband Charles DeMonico. She is survived by one sister Agnes (late Anthony) Diodate of Niagara Falls, NY and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was also predeceased by three sisters and two brothers, Maria (late William) Fideli, Anthony (late Mary) Moro, Viola (late Julio) D'Elia, Joseph (Rose of Niagara Falls, NY) Multeri and Louise (late Sam) Hoover.

There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, April 12 ^th at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Parish at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Andrew Lauricella, officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY. Flowers are gratefully declined. Arrangements by M.J.
