Leona "Lee" F. (Ryan) Fraser, 77 of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on January 21, 2017 at Niagara Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born in Massena, NY, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Myrtle (Sharlow) Ryan.

Lee was a home maker and enjoyed playing Bingo. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Lee was predeceased by her husband Kenneth Fraser in 1986. She is survived by her children, Teresa (Fred) Horne, Kenneth F. Fraser, Patricia (Randy) Case, and was special mom to Diane Rafter. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandson, sisters, Inez Sullivan, of Albany, NY, Eleanor Saunderson of, Greenville, SC, Evelyn Greenwood of Milwaukee, WS, and brother, Herbert Ryan of Syracuse, NY. She was also predeceased by sisters, Edith Reynolds and Ann Greenwood.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-8 p.m. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
