Lillian J. (Rapattoni) Travis, 101, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on March 17, 2021. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Elvera (DeStefano) Rapattoni.

Lillian was raised in Thorold, Ontario, where she met her beloved husband, Joseph L. Travis, whom she married on September 1, 1945 in Holy Rosary Church. Together they resided in Niagara Falls and raised their five loving children. Mr. Travis later passed away on July 6, 2001.

Lillian was employed for many years in the meat department of Top's Friendly Markets. She was also a longtime member of the Senior Citizens Club. Lillian organized trips for her fellow seniors and loved traveling with her husband. She also loved to dance and tend to her gardens.

Above all, Lillian enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Mrs. Travis is survived by her children, Larry (Carol) Travis, Mary (Jeff) Incorvia, Vera A. (Len) Cicero, Carolyn (Brian) (late Walter M. Holody) Tweed and Marilyn Sider; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren, and was predeceased by her cherished grandsons, Anthony and Scott Incorvia, and her siblings, Vito Rapattoni, James Rapattoni, Mary Rapattoni and David Rapattoni. Mrs. Travis is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Friday, March 19 from 4 -7 P.M. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin at 9:15 A.M., followed by Lillian's Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Vincent de Paul Parish at Prince of Peace Church, 1055 N. Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial offerings may be made to Mothers Against Drunk Drivers at madd.org.
