Linda L. Bishop, 72, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born in Richmond, VA, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Audrey (Slater) Bishop.

Linda moved to Niagara Falls with her family as a child and attended Cleveland Avenue School, North Junior High, and Niagara Falls High School. She later studied law at Niagara Community College. Linda was an avid fan of Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and the Buffalo Bills. She enjoyed watching TV, wood refinishing, eating fish fry and tomatoes, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be fondly remembered as a pillar of strength within her community and family, always putting others before herself.

Linda is survived by her siblings: Jeffrey (Ada) and Renda; two grandchildren: Stevie (Koda) and Dylan; a great-granddaughter: Octavia; as well as many beloved nieces: Jenny, Cindy, and Amy; nephews: Levi (Maria), Jared, Jeffrey, Billy, Kenny, and Jimmy; extended family members: the Ferguson's, the General's, and the Bomberry's. In addition to her parents, Linda was sadly predeceased by her daughter, Michelle Ferguson; niece, Bernadette; and siblings: Jimmy, Kenny, Laurie, and Larry.

Funeral services will be held on March 4, 2025, at Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery, 5871 Military Road, Lewiston, NY 14092 (Time to be announced). Pastor Donald Robinson will officiate, offering words of comfort and hope to all in attendance.  A Celebration of Life will follow the service at the General's.  Arrangements are entrusted to M.J.
