Lois Kashella, 73, of Niagara Falls, NY, was called to her everlasting heavenly home by the Lord on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Ernest "Bud" and Lois H. (Cassatt) Knapp.

Lois attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1966. She met her beloved husband, Jennings J. Kashella while attending Church Avenue Church. They were later married on March 29, 1969.

Lois had a strong faith and was a member of Forestview Church of God, where she taught Sunday school, AWANA, Cubbies and Vacation Bible school for many years. She was also an extremely gifted artist who enjoyed all types of arts and crafts.

Lois enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordan, as well as rooting for the New York Yankees. She also had a love for lighthouses but above all, she cherished the times spent with her loving family.

In addition to her husband of 52 years, Lois is survived by her children, Melissa E. Kashella and Jeffrey J. (Jennifer) Kashella; her granddaughter, Samantha A. Kashella; five siblings, Margaret (Neil) Twist, Mary (late Bob) Wiler, Ruth (Gary) Russ, Joan (Bill) Fink and Lorinda (Steven) Smith; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
